Timeshare Vacations and Clubs

Vacation Clubs are memberships to a Timeshare Club. Like all Timeshares Vacations Clubs have an annual maintenance fee and an initial cost to join. If you are a member of the Vacation Club you have the right to reserve space at one of the various properties that the club owns. A Vacation Club memberships can be bought, sold, or past to heirs. With a lot of Vacation clubs there is sometimes a Level of membership. Higher memberships often give you more access to the resorts or priority reservations.

Similar to the Right to Use properties a Vacation club could cease to exist and you could lose your ability to use the program. In some cases the properties are placed in a trust which gives some security to the owners. Some clubs are deeded memberships but be sure to check your documentation to see what your deed represents.
